ARDESTO YCM-E1501 has high-quality equipment, including Italian ULKA pump that provides a pressure of 20 bar. It's no secret that the power of the espresso machine directly affects the taste of the drink, so there is no reason to doubt here, because the power of this model is 1,350W. As a nice bonus, the espresso machine has a cup warmer.
The YCM-E1501 espresso machine combines a bright style and an ultimate functionality. It is made in a bright red color and has a streamlined body with metal inserts. Regarding the functionality: the espresso machine has a milk frother, a touch control system, a device for controlling and maintaining coffee temperature (PID control) and a heating element with quick heating system. In addition, the water tank has a sufficiently large volume (1.4L), so you don't need to refill it every time to make coffee during the day.

The device has a milk frother (130 °C steam supply), so you can no longer limit yourself to the usual classic espresso or ristretto. It's time to practice the skills of making a delicate latte and aromatic mocha. All key requirements for proper coffee brewing will be met by default: brewing temperature – 92 °C, coffee extraction time - 28 seconds, and even more, there is a pre-infusion function (8 seconds).

The YCM-E1501 espresso machine is equipped with an overpressure protection system and a safety valve (to reduce pressure). In addition, there is protection against overheating.
